Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for Case Workload Reporting, Legal Operations Dashboards, Matter Aging Reviews, and Reporting Handover Training, subject to the conditions below and any signed engagement letter.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@panel-cornerhub.click before the scheduled kick-off for a full deposit review, or as soon as practicable if a mid-engagement change is required.

Full or partial refunds

• If you cancel more than ten business days before kick-off, deposits are refundable minus a 10% administration fee.
• If you cancel within ten business days of kick-off, the deposit is generally non-refundable because preparation has begun.
• If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and cannot reschedule suitably, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.
• After kick-off, refunds are partial and limited to fees for stages not yet started, documented in writing.

Non-refundable items

Completed workshops, delivered draft packs, and training sessions already held are non-refundable. Third-party room hire booked at your request is non-refundable once incurred.

Work already started

Discovery notes, metric dictionaries, and draft panels prepared before cancellation remain billable for time spent at the rates in the engagement letter, capped at fees paid.

Deposits and no-shows

Kick-off deposits secure scheduling. Failure to attend a confirmed workshop without two business days' notice may forfeit the session fee. We will offer one reschedule where reasonable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a workshop or training session once without charge if you give at least five business days' notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of HKD 1,500.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of written approval. Bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Engagement letters may set different commercial terms for larger multi-office programmes; those written terms prevail if they conflict with this page.
