Prices are guidance only—no checkout on this site. Final quotes reflect practice-group count, source systems, and whether you need a one-off pack or an ongoing refresh design.

What moves a quote
- Number of practice groups and whether definitions already exist
- Access quality of extracts from your practice or billing systems
- Need for bilingual cover notes or dual office coordination
- On-site workshops in Hong Kong versus remote walkthroughs
Payment structure
Most fixed engagements invoice fifty percent on kick-off and fifty percent at go-live of the first reporting cycle. Training sessions are invoiced on confirmation. See our refund policy for cancellations and work already started.
