How we work
From brief to first live reporting cycle
This page walks through a typical Panel Cornerhub engagement for legal operations dashboards and case workload reporting—so you know what happens before anyone draws a chart.
- Brief review. You send practice groups, systems, and the decision the report must support. We reply with fit notes and questions—not a generic proposal deck.
- Definition workshop. We lock open-matter, aging, and load definitions with the people who will defend the numbers.
- Sample extracts. Your data contact provides a controlled extract. We flag coding gaps before build.
- Panel and pack draft. Leadership summary first; practice-group detail second. Two refinement cycles are standard on the flagship engagement.
- Walkthrough and go-live. Partners or ops leads see the pack in a working meeting format.
- Handover. Refresh checklist, calendar, and an optional training session so the next cycle does not depend on us.
What we need ready
- A named ops or admin contact with extract rights
- List of practice groups for the first release
- Examples of current reports—even imperfect ones
- Agreement on who may see individual fee-earner detail
What we will not do
We will not invent figures to fill empty fields, rank lawyers for public league tables, or expand into case strategy advice. Reporting stays operational.
