About

Analysts who sit with practice managers, not pitch decks

Panel Cornerhub grew out of reporting work for Hong Kong firms that were tired of spreadsheet ownership fights. We still work from Tai Po, and we still start every engagement with definitions before drawings.

Colleagues collaborating on reporting materials in an open workspace

Origin

Our early clients were practice managers who needed open-matter totals that survived partner scrutiny. We learned to refuse vanity charts, to write metric dictionaries on one page, and to leave a refresh checklist that a busy admin can follow in a quiet afternoon.

How we work

Engagements are short and concrete: discovery, definition, build, walkthrough, handover. We do not replace your practice management system. We make the numbers you already hold readable for the people who allocate work.

Values

  • Definitions before decoration
  • Few panels, named owners
  • Respect for fee-earner privacy in load views
  • Handover that works without us in the room
